missing item/terrible customer service

- I've put it through the wringer
I ordered this bag as a gift to find out it didn’t come with a shoulder strap like stated in the details. I reach out to customer service who tells me to call Barbour directly in that they cannot provide me with a strap themselves??? Made no sense to me but I called Barbour anyways, who then told me they have nothing to do this and were confused why Backcountry suggested I call Barbour directly rather than resolving the issue themselves. Really disappointed in BackCountry not seeming to care about wasting my time/money on an order they did not fulfill.
