Doesnt quite stack up to the competition

As full-size carabiners, these are easy to handle and I like the finish on them. I don’t think these quite stack up to the competition, though. I find that these snag more often than competing full-size wire gate carabiners available at the same price, and they’re about 1/3 heavier. The reason for more frequent snagging is due to the particular shape and depth of the wire notch.

Solid wire

This is now my favorite wire carabiner. It feels much more solid than any other wire gate I’ve used. I like the large opening that is not so common with other wires. I like using the petzl djinn because it has a nice wide opening, but this guy opens even a bit wider. All in all a solid light biner that I’m happy to have and look forward to using more of.
