Bought these pants and wore them a normal amount in the summer on crag days and in the gym and the back completely wore down after about a season and a half of use. Because it's past the 1 year warranty, I can't return. Disappointed that they didn't last longer.

On Backcountry not the pants

I love these pants. What I did not enjoy was the interaction with backcountry. When I placed the order the pants were in stock. However, after placing the order I received an email saying they were not in stock anymore so I placed an order to get them from elsewhere. Then backcourtry sent the pants to me anyway. I had to go through the pain of returning them, and I still haven't got my refund (it's been around 2 weeks.) Come on backcountry, you can do better than that.

I love these pants. I can go hiking in them, sit on the couch in them, go out on the town in them all in comfort. I love the color and the pockets (gals, we got pockets!!) and the articulated knee is great.

These pants have been nothing but great. Very durable and comfortable as I've used these mainly for climbing. Only complaint I have is I can get a little toasty but nothing unbearable.

I loved these pants fresh out of the box. They are great on the trail but I was so disappointed after washing them and seeing every drop of lint and dog hair stuck on them.

I like these a lot. Maybe not quite as much as Patagonia hiking pants, but still very nice. I haven't washed them yet-- I hope they won't shrink.

Durable and Practical

I had a pair of the original Notion pants and my biggest complaint was the waist cinch tie being on the outside. The SP fixed that, which is great. I’ve found these to be super durable against just about everything, from granite to sandstone to the sandpaper walls at the gym (you guys know, haha). My only small issue is that these are a little thicker, and less breathable than some of the other climbing pants I have for warmer days. These are my second favorite jogger-style pants, and well worth the money.

Perfect pant

Great pants! Super soft, comfortable, and functional. Waist band fits great, I love all the pockets. I’m 5’5” and I weigh 130. Size small fit near perfect. I wore these 2 days in a row- I rode my bike, climbed, swung, jumped and basically tested these out non stop. Now I feel like a need a second pair. Highly recommend.

Bought for a friend who loved the “Atmosphere” color, the fit, and the look. The fabric is very durable, smooth and soft, not too heavy, not too light. They should last a good while!
