Wish my coat still had its lining.

I sent my beloved Trillium Parka to the Canada Goose Warranty to get a ripped pocket fixed. After paying to have it dry cleaned and repaired the jacket that was returned to me was nothing like the jacket I sent. I took it out of its garment bag on the first day of winter and was shocked to find it thin and completely devoid of the feathers and warmth that I bought it for. At first I thought I was misremembering how thick it was, and thought maybe it was as thin as a raincoat before, but then after going outside and freezing I realized that something was indeed not right. I've written to Canada Goose customer service who's only response was to send it back to warranty (the same warranty who destroyed my jacket) and see what they say. This is not right - I saved up for this jacket, and maybe that doesn't mean anything to Canada Goose but it does to me, and my jacket should be fixed or replaced, or at the very least a customer service representative should take the time to work this out. Very disappointing experience that no one else should have to endure, don't buy and definitely don't try to repair!

I’m a size 12 (180lbs). I have small waist, but larger hips. The size chart would recommend a large. However, I wear xl in my burton jacket. What would you suggest?
