first time splurging on this brand and very disappointed. I wore them for first time Aug 29 they gave me blisters where the plastic buckle is. Also the strap is way too long that comes around the ankle.

I have these in the Punta Pine color and I love them. They provide a lot of stability for hiking and lake days, plus they look super cute!

Comfortable and great for the outdoors

My husband and I are avid hikers we both love our chacos sandals for hiking and walking around camp. It took us a while to master re-configuring the straps but once we learned it is piece of cake. We always take ours in any outdoor trips. One of the problem we came across though is the strap "tail" but we just make a loop over and it fixes the problem. We also sized up on these especially at the end of the day our foot swells from hiking. I would say it is true to size but I highly recommend sizing up.

Lost quality

I have been a chaco lover for a long time. But after my favorite sandals finally died, I needed a new pair. I have tried three different pairs and each are different from each other (despite the same size and style) and none are up to par. Buckles that fall in different places, straps that are too short, toes that consistently squish. Because I have been traveling, I was unable to return to the same store and when I reached out to Chaco, they didn't offer me any help. I am very disappointed. When a small amazing company gets bought out by the big guy, it all goes to hell. So sad. Back Country itself was amazing. Great selection and price as I looked around. The shoes shipped fast and the return was super easy. The guy on the phone helped me with the process with efficiency and kindness. He made me want to order more stuff from Back Country. Thanks y'all!
