This review is more about the stellar service at Backcountry! It had been a couple years since I had been able to get out camping - so it had also been a couple years since I had placed an order on Backcountry. I placed my order and had it overnighted to make sure things were here in plenty of time before Christmas as the order included some gifts. I received notification that the order had been delivered - when I discovered that it was shipped to my old address! I was sick to my stomach. I reached out to Backcountry and the said - no problem, we’ll just have to ship you a new order! I’ve always loved Backcountry - but this type of excellent service is nearly impossible to find anymore! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Literally turned my day around! As for the Mega Mat - this is a replacement. I have used the original for years and it finally failed. Didn’t hesitate to order the exact replacement. Most comfortable camping pad I’ve ever had!
