Excellent Helmet!

Runs true to size, fitment is excellent! This is my second Giro Ledge MIPS Helmet. have both the white and autumn green. Helmet venting is okay at best so in turn it keeps your head warm. if you hate running hot, you may not like it and will want one with better ventilation.

Helmet is super comfortable, and fit true to size based on the size chart on the Backcountry website. Kept my head warm and protected while skiing in Vermont last weekend. Also worked seamlessly with goggles. MIPS technology is also a must have.

I LOVE this helmet. Its got the awesome looking bucket style but if I heavy head its not going to knock my goggles off my face. Also cant beat the MIPS. 11/10

Giro ledge helmet

This is my go to helmet. Primarily a park skier, the weight and comfortability of this helmet are two of my favorite things. Not sacrificing function for fashion, this helmet provides solid protection in and out of the park, not getting to hot or heavy when boot packing or touring. Highly recommend for anyone. Wether you are a beginner, or an expert, this helmet is for you.

Amazing helmet!
I love all the giro helmets I've tried on, but the Ledge is the helmet I have worn for the last 7 years! The fit is unmatchable for my head, and the way it fits with giro goggles is seamless. I love that there are no painful trigger points, and that I can wear my skida headband underneath. I would never buy a helmet without MIPS technology, truly makes the world's difference as a big mountain skier. The ledge is lightweight, and comfortable in any weather condition! Highly recommend.

Saved my head and maybe my life

I slammed almost head first into a tree according to ski patrol and a tracking app at about 45mph this last winter. I was wearing this helmet when I did, and I came out of it with a concussion only. Without a helmet on I would have died or been much more severely injured, and this is the helmet that made sure I got to the hospital and back in my bed at home that evening. It might be on the cheaper end and not have as many features, but it will keep that mushy melon in between your ears safe so you can shred another day.
