Excellent jacket

I live in Seattle where it pours rain. I love this jacket because it’s lined and keeps me really warm, the sleeves are fitted to keep me dry and warm. The packets have zippers, so nothing falls out. It hits me at my thigh, which I like. I’m 5’2”. You won’t be disappointed with this jacket.
