Quite wide

My wife always wears size 7 in Merrell and thought it would be the same for these Keens. The boots were quite heavy duty and seemed to offer great protection on the front/toe area; however, she found them very wide and big in toe box area so much so that her foot moved around quite a bit inside the boot. We ended up having to return them.

Too Small

I did research on Keen boots (my better half is an avid hiker and those are his choice), most reviews indicated they are "true to size." I am a Wms size 8, I ordered an 8.5 and my feet couldn't completely fit in the boot. I bought them for our Macchu Picchu hike in July 2020 (hopefully) and there is no way they are "true to size." Thank goodness I ordered them early. They are not good straight out of the box like some reviews. They didn't seem comfortable, very clunky and stiff. I think I will stick to Solomons.
