The Strappettes make the Mountainsmith Day Lumbar Pack become an intergrated part of your body. I have use a MS Lumbar Pack on and off for years. While the stock shoulder strap helps set up the right geometry for a comfortable carry, the Strappettes absolutely nail it. Even with a light load (two water bottles and a shell) it's worth using the Strappettes. The waist belt and cinch straps can be set to a very comfortable just snug tightness an the load simply disappears. I can't wait to try them with a heavier load.
