The Women's Lofoten Shell is Norrona's most versatile freeride jacket for powder hounds. Its Gore-Tex Pro shell provides rugged waterproofing that remains extremely breathable for fast-moving skiers and snowboarders. The Lofoten also features high-set pockets that remain accessible when your adventure ties you to a harness, and underarm ventilation uses two-way zippers to control airflow. The inner hand gaiters have thumbholes to secure the sleeves, and a drawcord at the hem and hook-and-loop cuffs ensure proper coverage.

Just received this jacket and I love it. I did size up from a medium to large for a slightly looser fit and ability for more layers. It looks great, keeps me warm, and has what you need. Maybe the only downside is no lower side pockets but when you have a backpack on you don’t go in there as much anyways. One of my favorite parts would be the thumb hole feature.
