Why We Like The Quandary Pant

The Patagonia Women's Quandary Pants will take everything from sport climbing to peak bagging in stride. The light and stretchy fabric makes the Quandary comfortable enough for mountain wear, while the DWR treatment repels light moisture, so you'll stay relatively comfortable should Mother Nature bestow you with an unexpected storm. The gusseted crotch and articulated knees increase overall mobility, so you'll be able to pull through the crux and scramble up boulder-strewn ridges with ease.

Button tabs irritate skin

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

These pants fit me okay but the button tabs for rolling up the pant legs rubbed my legs and irritated my skin. If you plan to wear a base layer under these pants or keep them rolled up it wouldn't be a big deal, but I wanted a pair of summer hiking pants. Also, the zippers jingle when you move around (built in bear bells?).
