It works. I cramp if I only drink water on long XC bike rides- never an issue with this mix. Tastes fine. Doesn’t make your mouth sticky like some sports drinks can.

Amazing stuff for sensitive stomachs

I am training for my first 70.3 and dealing with a lot of nausea as I ramp up hours. Scratch labs has a very mild taste and gentle on my stomach. Love it.
