The rough-side-out leather looks classic, but it's been decked out with a waterproof Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane to keep your toes dry when the mountain skies open up. Sharp rocks and rugged trails aren't an issue, either, thanks to the Skywalk's PU footbed, PU midsole, and stable TPU shank. All these features team up to provide all-terrain stability so you don't have to worry about rolling an ankle, and they work with the Pyrenees outsole to keep you stable as a table regardless of the terrain or conditions.

Beautiful but so narrow!

I really wanted to love these. I'm normally a 7-7.5 and I ordered an 8 since I'd read that they run small, but even then these were way too snug. They're narrow AND the toe box isn't high enough, which I imagine would just feel worse once you've been hiking in them for awhile. They are really gorgeous boots, though. I just wish they were available in larger and wider sizes here!
