Love this Trainer

Love this trainer! It’s so smooth and quiet compared to my old rear wheel-driven trainer. I use it with the the training app Zwift. The two work together seamlessly and make for workouts that aren't boring. I forget that my bike hasn’t moved an inch, instead I can experience places all over the world and literally feel as though I’m riding somewhere, instead of just pedaling in place. Great training option for anytime of day or night. So far, no problems. Seems like problems other users have faced have been fixed (Wahoo issues updates via the phone app and are easy to install). I also use it with the Wahoo Kickr Headwind fan. Made a huge difference. I used to sweat like a pig. The fan can be set to automatically speed up based on riding speed (fan speed increases or decreases depending on how fast your riding, makes going "downhill" in Zwift feel like you really are), or you can connect it to your heart rate monitor and the fan will speed up or slow down based on how hard your working.
