Invalid Card

Two months after receiving a backcountry gift card as a present, I still haven't been able to resolve why I can't redeem the card. When attemping to make a purchase on their website it say its an invalid gift card? So basically your rolling the dice when buying one of these. Would not recommend.

I ordered a physical gift card for a present and they send it in a "huge" box. I'm sorry but in today's age you shouldn't unnecessarily send something that fits in an envelope in a cardboard box.
