Doesn’t Happen

I bought this for a friend before Christmas. He never received it. I have placed calls with customer service twice, where both said the issue was resolved and he still did not receive it. Did the online chat thing as well and still no solution. The money is gone from my account though, so that part of the transaction worked! Hoping for a solution at some point but it has been over 2 weeks to deliver an “e-gift card.”

My daughter bought me a gift card 4 days ago and I still haven't received it. I have had to contact customer service twice and stay on the chat window for well over an hour. The issue is still not resolved because of a "backlog" in the review process. Don't gift these unless you want to fight to get what you paid for. Absolute garbage.
